I am the director of the department of Library, Information, and Media Studies at Chicago State University. Previously, I was Assistant University Librarian for Information Technology at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.

My research interests include curriculum development and program assessment, human-computer interaction, system and project management methodologies, as well as complex systems and social network analysis in the information professions.
